Rules of conduct for members:

Be respectful of the officers and other members. If you have a problem with another member, bring it to the attention of an officer… If you have a problem with an officer, bring it to the attention of the guild leader. Do not let a problem fester and force you to leave the guild, no one wants that. As a member, it’s your responsibility to resolve most minor problems. Don’t come to an officer with “this person won’t run me to bla bla bla”. Keep alliance chat on, we are all one big community here.

Rules of conduct for officers:

Be respectful of the guild leader and other officers at all times. Resolve problems efficiently without childish name calling or angst. If it’s within your power to help a guild member, please do it, or find a way to resolve the issue.

Penalties:

If it’s decided that an officer is not living up to the level of greatness that is expected, they can be voted out of office by members. There is a 2 strike policy on members who commit offences, however if the offence is grievous enough, once is enough. Acting childish for extended periods of time is not acceptable behavior, and counts as 1 strike. Other offences to be determined in game.
